Inspection and Linking Conveyor - BC Series

This conveyor features a stationary front rail and a movable rear rail (adjustable via hand crank) to accommodate boards from 50 mm (1.97") to 460 mm (18.11") wide. All the models use 3 mm diameter edge-belts, but are available in standard lengths from 500 mm (19.68") to 1200 mm (47.24"). Our team can also provide custom sizes up to 3000 mm (118") upon special request (contact a Manncorp team member for additional details).

Conveyor speed is variable and dial-adjustable from 2-11 m/min (approx. 6.56 - 36.09 ft/min). Each system has a push button that allows operators to deactivate the conveyor so boards can be removed and placed on the inspection/worktable (standard) adjacent to the front rail. Also, all models feature heavy-duty steel construction, ensuring our conveyors are a dependable choice.
